Myrtle Brooks

Author of "The Geyser Girl of Yellowstone Park" and "Songs to New York," Myrtle Brooks was born in Manhattan and spent her first two years in Jackson Heights, Queens, before moving upstate. The year 2017 marks the 26th anniversary of her return home to New York City.
When not at home in her beloved Brooklyn, she may be found dancing with the big rigs on highways leading to national parks and places of quiet beauty.
